Multiple choice. Choose the best answer from the options, usually for a short business scenario.
Sales reps should see only their own opportunities, but their manager must see all of her team's. Which setup meets this?
Private org-wide default, with the role hierarchy giving the manager access. Reps see only their own records, and managers inherit access to the records of the roles below them.
Register through Trailhead Academy with your Trailhead account, then schedule with Pearson VUE at a test centre or online.
Read the exam guide, set up a free Developer Edition org and take a short diagnostic set before choosing where to spend your time.
Plan for 30–80 hours. Plan for the low end if you already administer Salesforce; plan for the high end if the platform is new to you or you have never built a flow.
Use the official Trailmix as your base and build everything in a Developer Edition org. Add a video course if you want a guided path.
Build it yourself. For every topic, configure it in your Developer Edition org and test it as a different user. Sharing and report visibility questions are much easier once you have seen the result.
Use topic quizzes to find gaps, then timed full exams to check your pace. Read why each wrong answer is wrong and rebuild the feature in your org.
