What are the AIGP requirements?

None. There is no experience, education or training requirement, and no endorsement step.

How much does AIGP cost?

The exam costs $799 for non-members, including the first two-year maintenance term. Members pay $649, plus $295 a year for membership.

What is the AIGP passing score?

300 on a 100–500 scale, the same as other IAPP exams. The score is not a percentage.

Is there an official AIGP textbook?

No. IAPP provides the Body of Knowledge, a study guide, official training and a practice exam. The Sybex study guide is the main published book.

How hard is the AIGP exam?

Recent candidates describe layered scenarios and plausible distractors, and some found it harder than the practice exams. Plan time for the AI concepts as well as the laws.
