Sign in to ServiceNow University, register and pay for CSA, then schedule with Pearson VUE. You have 90 days from payment to sit the exam, and the fee is not refundable.

- Bring valid government-issued photo ID with the exact name on your registration.
- Arrive at the time in your confirmation and store your belongings as instructed.
- Keep time at the end to review flagged questions.
- Run the OnVUE system test on the computer and network you will use.
- Have your government-issued photo ID ready and start check-in early.
- Clear your desk, remove other electronics and stay alone in the room for the whole exam.
- Rescheduling does not extend the 90-day window from payment.
- Read every option on multiple-select questions. There is no partial credit.
- If you fail, wait 3 days before a second attempt, 30 days before a third and 6 months before any later attempt.
